My client is a highly successful and ambitious digital agency who have seen a large year on year growth by delivering award winning digital campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands across the Media sectors. They are now looking for a strong Business Development Director to join the team to help shape the external direction of the agency to ensure that they continue to be at the forefront of digital marketing.

This role is an external facing role, encompassing Business Development, Sales and Marketing. In particular, you will be highly charismatic, energetic, inspirational and outgoing, plus you will be able to immerse yourself within the entertainment and music industry. You will be the “face” of the agency so will need to have lots of confidence in order to lead pitches and communicate the benefits of the agency to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a successful digital agency or have an integrated agency background but this must be combined with a strong digital pull. Furthermore, the role will be best suited to someone who is either currently a Business Development Director, or alternatively, a Client Services Director / Group Account Director who is looking to take a challenging step up in their career.

Overall, you will want to work in a collaborative environment with passionate people who have a shared sense of purpose and direction. You will be driven and have the energy and time to dedicate to this, in order to make this role a success.

In return for your leadership and experience, our client offers an extremely generous basic salary of £70K, as well as an impressive array of benefits including bonuses and performance-related share options, designed to attract candidates of the highest calibre.


Compensation: £60,000 - £70,000 / year
