Sales Manager - Financial Institutions Group

We are currently looking for an accomplished sales/business development manager to join our client, who are a highly regarded and award winning international law firm.
Working with the Client Partners and Sector leaders within the Financial Institutions Group, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a more strategic and efficient approach to client development and new business sales within the groups key client base. Role responsibilities will include:
-Developing a sector strategy to identify trends, opportunities and sales activities to win new business
-Working with client partners to create and deliver client targeting and strategic account plans for priority clients
-Leading and coaching teams on high value bids and winning new business sales
-Developing sales skills within account teams through coaching and leadership
-Meeting with clients to identify opportunities for new work
You will be a proven client-facing sales professional who has directly generated and developed relationships for a major corporate or professional services firm, ideally within the financial services sector. In addition you will have the ability to be both a 'hunter' and 'farmer' and have credible expertise in assessing and managing sales and account management methodologies

Compensation: £70,000 - £75,000 / year
