Direct Marketing Manager
at Premier Consultants in South East
Our client, based in the South East, is a market leading and highly successful international organisation. It operates across a range of markets including retail, construction, logistics, manufacturing and foodservice, and has a very well developed direct marketing programme as well as a good online presence. As part of their current growth and development strategy, the company is now seeking two individuals with proven ability in direct marketing and product management respectively, to play key roles in accelerating the growth of the brands within its area.
Direct Marketing Manager
Responsible for revenue growth and profitability, your remit will encompass all direct marketing activity. The focus of the position will be to enhance the catalogue marketing programme and exploit the e-commerce channel, to plan and develop strategic and tactical promotional campaigns, and to assess future revenue opportunities. You will drive customer acquisition, increase retention and manage third party relationships. With a small marketing team reporting in, you will also have at your disposal a substantial budget to achieve these objectives.
First and foremost we are seeking a commercially astute and ambitious professional with a successful record of delivering strong sales growth. You will have proven catalogue and database marketing, as well as e-commerce experience, coupled with excellent communication skills, gained in a direct marketing or mail order environment.
The salaries will reflect the seniority of each position; the benefits package will include a performance related bonus. This is a very exciting time to be joining this company as they build on their market leading position.
