Senior Retention Reporting Analyst

CLIENT:

A global insurance giant is seeking a Senior Retention Reporting Analyst to join it’s marketing function in this brand new role! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading analysts and marketers and develop your skills to really make a tangible difference.

REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Deliver all regular reports in a timely and accurate manner. *Deliver ad hoc analysis as required. *Proactively recommend reports and analysis to be completed with a view to increasing the usefulness of information available to retention marketing and operations personnel. *Proactively make recommendations supported by analysis for improvement to marketing activity and processes. *Delivery of project work to deadline. *Offer advice and recommendations to propositions and marketing staff to help them shape analysis requests to ensure they get the information needed.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent or possess the relevant proven experience plus the following skills:

*Excellent numerical and analysis skills. *Good knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, presentation packages – excel etc. *Experience using statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, etc). *Knowledge and appreciation of acquisition and retention communications techniques and consumer and B2B orientation. *Ability to gather, understand and interpret data from disparate sources such that meaning, information and recommendations can be gleaned from the data. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Excellent and proven planning and organisational skills. *Ability to coach other staff members. *Proven knowledge and experience of model building and other analytical techniques.

POSITION – Senior Retention Reporting Analyst

LOCATION – Hampshire

SALARY – £28k – £35k plus excellent benefits and bonus
