E-Marketing Manager

Our client is an award-winning, independent and highly successful global consulting firm.
They are now looking to recruit an E-Marketing Manager to lead the development of strategic e-marketing initiatives that will build its profile and capability on a global scale.As a newly created position this role offers an exciting challenge and tremendous scope for development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the wider marketing teams to develop an e-marketing strategy, plan and budget
- Initiating, designing and delivering a programme of e-marketing campaigns to clients and defined sector groups
- Driving the re-build of the firms internet site to improve navigation, structuring, interactivity and lead generation
- Managing a small international team
You will be familiar with how to develop strategies to promote a brand across multiple websites through partnerships, advertising and other online marketing channels and have a deep understand of how to use search engine optimisation effectively. In addition you will be adept at team and matrix management. Experience of working within professional services is desirable, but experience of working within other commercial sectors will be considered.

Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000 / year
