CRM Consultant
at Direct Experience in South West
My client is looking for an experienced CRM/database marketing professional to come on board - initially for 3 months - to create and implement a CRM strategy and marketing plan for the business.
The company has a database of customers and there is an acknowledgement that the business should be utilising this valuable customer base to increase sales through retention/cross sell and upgrade.
The opportunity exists to develop a contact strategy, working out key customer touchpoints and times within the lifecycle of the customer and product and to develop a marketing campaign and strategy which will support the business imperative for the company. There is an acknowledgement that this database is not being exploited to its full potential. This project has board level commitment and it is seen as a priority project for the business.
The role will be filled by a marketing professional who can identify customer profiles/buying habits and develop a customer relationship marketing strategy across all media to increase the profitability of the customer base.
Key tasks will be to

7%9Identify Buying habits and needs
7%9Understand the competitive market place
