Direct Marketing Manager -Data Strategy

Direct Marketing Manager sought for this charity to drive and develop the direct marketing strategy and to work to develop a structured programme of direct marketing and direct response fundraising activity.
Working with the head of direct marketing and the database manager, this role will make a significant contribution to the fundraising strategy and in the maintenance of a new database.
You will be responsible for data models, for forecasting and monitoring dm plans and budgets and for working to an annual plan but with the vision to achieve a 5 year marketing plan.
Candidates should have a proven track record of database marketing, of analysing data and direct marketing activity and ideally have excellent knowledge of SQL, Access and Excel. Ready to influence and encourage decisions, you will work closely with the direct marketing team to deliver high income levels for the charity.

Compensation: £30,000 - £31,000 / year
