Account/Project Manager
at Cream in London
Our client is a specialist communications consultancy, focused on delivering positive social and environmental change.
They combine the power of integrated communications with in-depth knowledge of social and environmental issues to help their clients improve public health,protect the environment and promote social equality.
Founded in 1996, they are now a team of around 45.
They are a growing department of seven, who also work with a range of freelancers and third party suppliers.
Reporting to the 2 Project Directors, we need a Project Manager (equivalent to Account Manager) to help deliver a variety of visual communication work, including brand, print and
digital, working for internal and external clients.
Main Responsibilities
• Working alongside Project Directors to manage client relations – from brief through to
delivery
• Attending client meetings, presenting creative work and writing contact reports
• Acting as first point of contact to clients, providing updates and advice as necessary
• Managing projects on a day to day basis through the studio, from booking resources to trafficking through design and production
• Financial management of projects, including budget maintenance and general
administration
• Ensuring all project management and accounting systems are followed, including the
project management rule book
• Participating in company meetings, brainstorms and campaign development meetings,
displaying a confident approach
Other
• Helping to develop the Forster Creative freelancer and supplier database
• Updating the weekly studio agenda
Specific skills
• Understanding of and ability to manage the design process – across print and digital
• Highly organised with an ability to juggle several projects at once
• Supporting new business process
• Managing and updating junior and senior team on project development and timelines

• Seeking to be a problem solver by proactively coming up with ideas to address specific
client or company concerns
