Business Development Director sought for this super agency based in central Bristol. Working in to the MD but with the support of the management team, this role is a new position for the agency specifically created to provide single minded focus for business development.

The agency retains lead generation agencies so this is not about cold calling. The Business Development Director will be accountable for converting the leads into pitch and presentation opportunities.

Ideally from an agency background, the successful applicant will have a proven track record in developing business opportunites and have a sound knowledge of creative direct and digital marketing, email marketing and you will approach marketing from an analytical point of view. You'll be a great communicator, be tenacious and be an experienced and confident presenter.

Compensation: £45,000 - £80,000 / year
