This is a new position for a cool, calm and effective manager inside the agency’s Production Department which handles around £5M of sales and a creative studio of 15-18 staff. You will have a minimum of 5 years working experience in print, production/ studio management/design for print, of which at least 2 years are within a production team within a larger design or ad agency. This specific role has emerged due to today’s larger and increased numbers of design projects- many now including on-line production skills- requiring project management and scheduling on a continuous basis. Your role will shadow, be responsible to and work in tandem with the Production Director but independently you need to concentrate on key aspects of workflow scheduling, job trafficking and studio management and a broad knowledge of on-line and digital services which are an increasing part of our production offering. You will be able to show solid, reliable knowledge of applied standard studio & production scheduling, trafficking, pre-press workflow, CD quality procedures and general job bag management, voucher filing, purchasing and other typical design environment administration. Some past experience of electronic job bags and integrated account systems would be very useful.

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 / year
