Having had a successful year developing yet more business globally; within the UK, Middle East, USA and Australia, we are now recruiting for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to take us further.
HCL International, part of the HCL plc group are a specialist recruitment company sourcing and placing healthcare professionals into permanent roles across the world.
As a business, we are able to provide our candidates and clients with over 150 years combined recruitment experience and some of the most exciting opportunities available. HCL International provide a truly global approach for our candidates, offering life changing experiences by placing them in America, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Australia, UK & Ireland.
We work with a variety of healthcare professionals across a wide range of grades and specialties, including Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals. Not only do we place candidates across the globe, we source candidates from across the globe too. Our teams are always on the move, travelling predominantly to the Middle East, Australia and the USA to meet and interview potential candidates. Our focus is on delivery a premium service to both candidates and clients. We work with private and public healthcare organisations across the globe, providing recruitment solutions for ad hoc hard to fill vacancies or for large volume recruitment campaigns.
Working with HCL international:
Ideal candidates must have a passion and willingness for travel with previous experience in administration and sales. Healthcare recruitment experience is not a must have but a willingness to learn and a passion and ambition to do well is recommended. HCL International offer successful candidates competitive salaries and an excellent commission structure.
Positions are available with the USA team based in Camberley, Surrey and Haymarket, London and with the Middle East team for our Haymarket, Central London offices.
