Insight Analyst
LOCATION: Crawley, West Sussex
SALARY: Circa £25K
A leading loyalty company based in West Sussex is looking for an insight analyst to join their expanding Customer Insight team.
We are looking for someone to provide analytical support to the business, query and manipulate data to aid commercial insight and provide results from analysis and selections in a clear and easy to understand way.
Essential skills for this role are:
*Strong analytical and numerical skills *Working knowledge of SAS / SQL *Excellent IT skills – highly competent with Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc. *Experience with Business Objects advantageous *Experience of, or interest in working in a marketing environment *Excellent communication and report writing skills
