Ecommerce Analyst

Project Description: This postion is to provide support and development of eCommerce web sites, data warehouse environment, and Order Control System. The individual in this analyst position will be responsible for the eCommerce web sites and data warehouse environments with some Infrastructure support in the areas including staging, testing, and implementation. In addition, this position will lead the investigation and recommendation of best practices to maximize eCommerce efficiency, mapping of business processes and requirements utilizing technology solutions, provide expert level support to Clients Direct, Clients Retail, and Seeds of Change end users. This position is necessary to ensure all agreed service levels for the eCommerce platform is maintained through managing relationships with other ISI/IT support teams and 3rd Party vendors to ensure systems are operating efficiently and secured.
Required Skills: Responsible for development, implementation and overall maintenance of select eCommerce websites and providing support to 3rd party content developers of Client Commerce websites. · Administer web development environment, including installation, repair, and maintenance of development servers. · Ability to proactively identify potential threats to our eCommerce web sites and recommend enhanced processes and/or procedures for resolution. · Assist team in conducting security assessments of new and existing eCommerce web sites. · Lead analyst for investigating and facilitating resolution of data integrity issues. · Design, implement, and maintain the support of current business rules that support and enforce data quality standards. · eCommerce Performance monitoring. · Perform preventative maintenance for any/all points of failure in critical eCommerce business systems and the Design, Testing, and Implement of system enhancements
Other Information: MUST have understanding of servers, PCs, networks, operating systems, general applications, computer operations, and systems administration

Compensation: £50,000 - £70,000 / year
